Adultbycity.com("adultbycity", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by SRP Online Inc., is strictly committed to full compliance with18 U.S.C. § 2257,28 C.F.R. § 75, and all other applicable record-keeping and age-verification laws in the United States and Canada.

This statement applies to all visual content displayed, uploaded, hosted, or distributed on Adultbycity.com.

1. Platform Role & Secondary Producer Exemption

Adultbycity.com is an online service provider and digital infrastructure platform. 

Under18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B), Adultbycity qualifies for the "Secondary Producer" and "Passive Host" exemptions. Specifically:

  • SRP Online Inc. Does not produce, create, or direct the creation of any visual depictions.

  • We do not employ, contract, or manage performers.

  • We do not stage, film, or photograph any content uploaded to the platform.

  • All content is produced independently by third-party Creators who maintain total editorial control.

2. Creator Record-Keeping Obligations

Every Creator using the Platform is a "Primary Producer" under the law and is solely responsible for full compliance with18 U.S.C. § 2257and28 C.F.R. Part 75. This includes:

  • Verifying that all performers depicted are18 years of age or older at the time of production.

  • Maintaining accurate and complete Age-Verification Records(including copies of government-issued IDs) for every performer.

  • Ensuring these records are available for inspection at the Creator’s Primary Place of Business as required by federal law.

3. Mandatory Certification

By uploading any visual content to SexyRichParty.com, the Creator certifies and warrants that:

  • Every individual depicted was at least18 years of age at the time the content was produced.

  • All required age-verification records are currently maintained by the Creator.

  • No content involves minors, simulated minors, or individuals portrayed as minors.

Failure to comply with these certifications will result in immediate and permanent account termination and potential reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

4. Record Custodian Information

Pursuant to18 U.S.C. § 2257, records required for any visual depictions appearing on this website are maintained by the individual content Creators, not by SexyRichParty.com or SRP Online Inc.

We do not act as a centralized record custodian for third-party content unless specifically required by a valid court order or a specific enterprise-level partnership agreement.

5. Content Monitoring & "Zero Tolerance"

While we are a passive host, we maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for illegal content. We use a combination of automated tools and human moderation to identify and remove:

  • Any content involving minors.

  • Non-consensual or exploitative material.

  • Content that violates the laws of Canada or the United States.

6. Global Compliance & Cooperation

SRP Online Inc.is a Canadian-based corporation. We will cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorized government agencies (such as the FBI, RCMP, or DOJ) in accordance with applicable privacy laws and international treaties.
