SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Subscription & Rebilling

AdultByCity.com operates on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing to a Creator’s content, you authorize recurring billing at the subscription rate selected at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2. How to Cancel Rebilling

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future rebilling at any time before your next billing date.

You may cancel by:

Option 1 – Contacting AdultByCity by email : adultbycity@gmail.com

Subject Line: Subscription Cancellation Request

Please include:

  • The email associated with your account

  • The Creator name(s) subscribed to

  • Date of last payment (if known)

OR

Option 2 – Contacting CCBill Consumer Support

If your payment was processed via CCBill, you may cancel directly through their Consumer Support department:Support Portal: https://support.ccbill.com/

CCBill provides 24/7 consumer assistance for billing inquiries and subscription cancellations.

3. Timing of Cancellation

  • Cancellations stop future rebilling only.

  • You will retain access to the subscribed content until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No further charges will occur after successful cancellation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed.

  • Partial billing periods are not prorated.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at adultbycity@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication or through CCBill’s support team.

6. Account Termination vs. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your AdultByCity account.
If you wish to permanently delete your account, you must submit a separate account deletion request.
