1. Filing a Complaint

If you wish to file a complaint regarding any content, user activity, or conduct on AdultByCity.com (the “Website”), you must submit your complaint in writing via email to:Email: adultbycity@gmail.com

Your complaint must include:

  • Your full legal name

  • A valid email address for correspondence

  • A detailed description of the complaint

  • The exact URL(s) or profile name involved

  • Any supporting evidence or documentation

Incomplete complaints may delay processing.

2. Review Process

All complaints will be reviewed by AdultByCity in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.

  • Complaints will be assessed in good faith.

  • We aim to review and resolve complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt.

  • You will receive written notification via email once the review process has been completed.

AdultByCity reserves the right to request additional information if necessary to properly evaluate the complaint.

3. Decision & Enforcement

Following review, AdultByCity will determine, at its sole discretion and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, whether:

  • The complaint is valid;

  • The content violates our policies;

  • Any action is required.

If content is determined to be infringing, illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or otherwise inappropriate, we may:

  • Remove the content;

  • Suspend or terminate the associated account;

  • Restrict access to the content;

  • Take any other action deemed appropriate.

4. Appeal Process

If the complainant disagrees with the initial decision, they may submit a written appeal within 5 business days of receiving the decision.

The appeal must clearly explain the basis for reconsideration and include any new supporting information.

After reviewing the appeal, AdultByCity will issue a final determination. The final decision made by AdultByCity shall be considered conclusive.

5. Platform Discretion

AdultByCity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to any content that violates:

  • Our Terms of Service

  • Applicable laws (Canada, United States, or other jurisdictions)

  • Community standards

  • Safety and compliance requirements

We also reserve the right to decline complaints that are frivolous, abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

6. Good Faith Requirement

All complaints must be submitted in good faith. False, misleading, or malicious complaints may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Legal action where applicable
