1. Right to Request Removal

If you appear in any content published on AdultByCity.com (the “Website”) and wish to request removal of such content, you may submit a formal appeal.

2. Required Information

To properly review your request, you must include:

  • Your full legal name

  • A valid email address for communication

  • The specific URL(s) or profile where the content appears

  • A detailed explanation of your request

  • Proof of identity

  • Any relevant supporting documentation

If you are claiming lack of consent, you may be required to provide additional verification.

Incomplete requests may delay processing.


3. Review Process

Upon receipt of a complete request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal.

  • We will review the matter in accordance with our Terms of Service, model consent requirements, and applicable laws (including U.S. and Canadian regulations where applicable).

  • We may temporarily restrict access to the content while the review is ongoing.

We aim to review and respond within 7 business days, though complex matters may require additional time.


4. Dispute Resolution

If there is a disagreement between the content uploader and the individual requesting removal, AdultByCity may:

  • Request additional documentation from both parties;

  • Temporarily disable the content pending investigation;

  • Seek resolution through a neutral third party where appropriate.

Where required by law, disputes may be referred to an independent or neutral body for resolution.

AdultByCity reserves the right to make the final determination regarding content hosted on the platform, subject to applicable legal obligations.


5. Removal of Infringing or Non-Consensual Content

Content will be removed where we determine that it is:

  • Non-consensual;

  • In violation of our Terms of Service;

  • Infringing intellectual property rights;

  • Illegal under applicable law;

  • Abusive, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate.

Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or permanently terminated.


6. False or Malicious Claims

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent removal requests may result in:

  • Denial of the appeal;

  • Account action (if applicable);

  • Legal consequences where permitted by law.

All appeals must be made in good faith.
