1. Reporting Content for Removal

If you believe that content hosted on AdultByCity.com violates applicable laws, our Terms of Service, or your personal rights, you may submit a formal content removal request.

Complaints may relate to:

Submitting through CCBill may be appropriate if your concern involves billing-related content access or payment disputes tied to hosted content.

3. Review & Response Timeline

Upon receiving a properly completed complaint:

  • We will acknowledge receipt.

  • We will review the request in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws (including U.S. and Canadian regulations where applicable).

  • We may temporarily disable access to the content during investigation.

We aim to review and respond within 7 business days, though complex matters may require additional time.

4. Investigation & Resolution

After review, AdultByCity may:

  • Remove the content permanently;

  • Restrict or disable access;

  • Request additional documentation from involved parties;

  • Suspend or terminate user accounts;

  • Take any other action deemed necessary to ensure compliance and safety.

If the complaint involves a dispute between parties, we may request verification or additional evidence before making a final determination.

5. Neutral Resolution (Where Applicable)

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved internally, and where required by law or platform policy, the matter may be referred to a neutral third party for review.

AdultByCity reserves the right to make the final determination regarding content hosted on the platform, subject to applicable legal obligations.

6. Good Faith Requirement

All content removal requests must be submitted in good faith. False, fraudulent, or malicious complaints may result in:

  • Denial of the complaint

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action where permitted by law
